Ana Babić – Unveiling the Journey

Every adventure begins with curiosity. After graduating in Croatian and English Language and Literature, my friends surprised me with a gift – a course on power learning. Initially frustrated at the thought of continuing my studies after completing my master's, I never imagined that this course would be the beginning of my professional journey.

Recognizing the potential to accelerate language learning through various techniques, I dedicated two years to intensive research. This effort led to the development of the TRANSLECTOR method, a unique approach that has since empowered hundreds of people to learn languages more efficiently and confidently.

In 2013, I took the leap and founded a company offering translation services, as well as English and Croatian courses. Over the years, I have organized numerous seminars and workshops, translated thousands of pages, and participated in countless meetings as an interpreter.

As a mentor at TEDxZagreb, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with many incredible individuals on their Ideas Worth Spreading.

In 2023, I embraced a new role as an assistant teacher at the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb, further strengthening my commitment to education and lifelong learning.

In addition to my work in language education, I’ve recently stepped into the role of a professional sales trainer, combining my passion for teaching with practical business communication skills. As a newly minted trainer, I’m excited to help clients take their English to the next level — especially in high-impact, client-facing situations where clarity, confidence, and persuasion matter most.

This journey is an ongoing exploration, driven by curiosity, dedication, and the joy of helping others embark on their own language-learning adventures.

Tanya Sediqi

Hello! My name is Tanya, and I’m an American with Croatian roots, bringing a native English-speaking perspective along with a strong foundation in International Business Management (BSBA) and Experience Management in Tourism (MEc).

Living, studying, and working in Switzerland, the US, the Netherlands, Croatia, Italy, and the Czech Republic, has allowed me to become deeply immersed in both social and business etiquette practices. This experience enables me to help clients develop the proper set of skills in Business English, tailored to their needs.

My goal is to help clients move beyond their comfort zones and develop a natural, confident command of English—particularly in the way American English speakers communicate, present themselves, and interact in both professional and everyday settings.

With a personalized and results-driven approach, I design tailored learning plans based on your individual goals, challenges, and motivation. Each session includes practical language strategies, unconventional and engaging homework assignments, in-depth discussions on a wide range of topics, and creative exercises designed to strengthen fluency, cultural understanding, and self-expression.

Whether you're looking to improve your business communication skills, prepare for international travel or study, or simply speak more confidently, I'm here to guide and support you every step of the way.

In our team, I take care of coordination, paperwork, and administrative tasks. I schedule meetings, respond to emails, and make sure everything stays on track. On top of that, I’m always ready to step in, find a solution, or connect the right people at the right time. If something needs to be sorted, chances are I’m already on it!
